Absolute Poverty VS Relative Poverty - Kimjinwoo( 김진우)

First, absolute poverty have absolute standard. This standard apply all of country same. Poverty country absolute standard and rich country absolute is same. This standard is implicit standard. So absolute standard said how many real poor. Poor country have more people than developed country.

In other hands, there are relative poverty. This have relative standard. Most of standard is half of half economic people. This said gap of society. Bigger economic gap, more relative people.
Both standard is different. So relative poverty and absolute poverty is not same. Most of poor country is more absolute poverty than relative poverty. Contrary most of developed-country is more relative poverty than absolute poverty. This is most and not all. Divided standard reason is there are variety situation. In fact, developed country have few absolute poverty. But poverty in this society is not same poor country. They are relative deprivation. So need relative standard.
