  Today, the rate of youth unemployment is growing. So, it becomes new terrible problem in our society. Unemployment of young people is one main problem, but it can cause other problems. Technology has been developed for a long time since the Industrial Revolution. Development of technology leads development of machine, also development of machine could facilitate mass production. So, employers use machines instead of young workers. In other words, machines occupy portions of young workers in workplace. As a result, the portions that young people can work have decreased. Therefore, the rate of youth unemployment is growing and unemployment of young people have become big problem. I think government needs to reform policies on workers. Unemployment of young people can lead young men's depression. The rate of happiness in our society will decrease. Government, Companies and many employers need to try to reduce unemployment of young people.
