They first sell their goods lower price. So around country buy this goods. And center of market is center country. This is 'Monopoly'. After this time, center country sell goods higher price. They buy center country's goods high price because around country market is monopoly. This is 'Economic colony'. 

The economic gap between center-country and around-country is increasing. Center-country will be more strong country. And around country will continue poverty. This is 'Country Stratification'. This is more serious problem than gap between rich and poor. Because this problem is country's problem. In short, scope is wide. Center-country provide many support. But this is one of goodwill. A fundamental solution is around-country is developed. So around-country is independent from center-country's support.

In fact, this is very difficult solution. But this is right. And we have to do this solution.
