Fertility is decreasing continuously. But life expectancy is increasing continuously.
It is very serious problem. Because aging is increase but youth is decrease.

It was caused by decreasing fertility. What is caused decreasing fertility? That is woman's social advance. Woman worked in worker is difficult to breed baby and pregnancy. Also company don't welcome woman's pregnancy. This society is difficult to breed baby. In short, society have to support woman's pregnancy. Baby is future worker. Popularity is power of country. That example is China. China is developing on fast speed. That reason is many popularity. And government have to execute 'Childbirth Incentives'.
