First is worker in company. They are two category. One is office. Officer work in company building. Most of work that people think is their. They have difference in their. Most big difference is scale of company. Big company provide money and welfare more small company. Many small company is contractors businesses. So power of big company is very strong. Two is Blue color. They work mainly physical. Difference between big and small company is more than officer.
In fact, stable worker is well. There are many unstable worker. This law was made in IMF. Our economic is chose in IMF. Many company go bankrupt. Korea is crisis. Then Kim dae-jung president make law. The law is unstable worker. But This law continued after IMF. Because the law gave benefit company. As a result, the law make many unstable worker.... So government abolish this law. And many people demand to abolish the law.
Final is part time worker. Most of part-time work is students. Korean students need many money(Cost of living, University tuition fees, etc...) But students don't work stable.
Because company don't select students. So students work part-time. Most of part-time jop is store. Store don't need technical worker. So store select students.
