Glass ceiling
Glass ceiling is sexual discrimination in the company. For example, a company prefer a man than a woman. Because the man can work for a long time. But the woman can't work for a long time. Because woman will submit maternity leave. I think that women are provided their right that can work. So, job's inequality shouldn't exist modern society. I understand that man have superiority in the society work. But there are many woman who want to work. So, I think that governments make welfare policy in women's society work. Other countries like U.S.A provide woman's job right. Several-developed countries have many woman who get child care and job. This reason is government's effort. This effort is that glass ceiling are broken by themselves. So, Korea should imitate this attitude.
