   'Glass ceiling' is a social phenomenon that women are harder than men in getting a job situation. Today, the phenomenon become very terrible problem. Also, Glass ceiling must be solved. But, I think there are no method that can solve the problem cleary. Therefore, I think the methods that can reduce the effect of Glass ceiling.

 

First, government try to make many welfares for women. For example, when a woman is pregnant , the woman can take break time for postnatal care or prenatal education. As a result, these welfares give women spiritual comfort that can make women to work more hard and to focus on only their work.

Second, companies have to choose employees through only their abilities(not through gender...). This method can help women to have more self-confidence. Also, the method can be told very fair way in many companies.

 

To reduce 'Glass ceiling' phenomenon, our society tries to keep the methods. If the methods are kept well, sexual discrimination and Glass ceiling will be less. Resultingly, our society can be peaceful and salubrious.
