Topic: Why Korean males married
to foreign females?
Recently, many Korean males are married to
foreign females because they don’t have Korean females to marry with. This is
because first, there are much more boys today because of the traditional son preferring
thought (although not much today). So there was population imbalance. Plus,
unlike at the past when almost every woman and man married between in the age
of 20~30, today people marry at the age of 30~40, or even doesn’t marry at all.
They won’t marry if they don’t like to. So woman living at cities won’t marry
with man at the countryside.

The consequence of this phenomenon is not
positive. These couples give birth to mixed blood kids. These kids have problem
living in Korea like having trouble being together with Korean kids, and
learning Korean slowly because their mother is not good at Korean. Not only in school,
these kids will suffer in discrimination at the society. Since it’s impossible
and not right to band foreign females from coming in to Korea, Koreans should
learn to give thoughtful consideration about these mixed blood kids. By this
way, Korea will not fall in confusion.
