Korean many youths and high-school students work part-time job. But they don't received fair treatment. This reasons is youth and student is socially weak. So many employers disregard them. Book about youth labor said youth labor is 'Bottom labor'. Because most tough labor is youth labor.
Youth labor is disregarded many people in Korean society, Korean society think youth have to study hard. So youth labor is erroneous. As a result, there aren't many job for youth and students. It is associated with 'Youth Discrimination'. This problem is urgent problem.
