Korean is one of the smartest people in the world. And Korea students recieved very high level education. As a result, some people says that improved intelligence by high level education contribute coutry's development.
But, the main problem is the high level education is not practical. Mathmatics and English learned at school can't use daily life. We don't use Differential and integral calculus in daily life, but Korea's school emphasize that. Also, even native speakers do not understand English learned at school.
In addition, Korea's exam system is multiple choice. Essay question is also writing fixed answer.
Korea's education seems like improve intelligence, but students can't learn how express their thinking. As a result, student just learn how to answer the qusetion. This error continue after going on college. Stubents who don't learn 'how to think' experence hardship about new style of college edcation. In this course, many student lose their plan.
Korea's education never develop the coutry. Just establishments can maintain their power more easily.
