The Republic of Korea government are trying a lot of effort in order to redistribution of wealth.There are two major ways in a way that government is to redistribute wealth.First,There is a method to redistribute the property collected tax.Proportional tax are difficult to recognize that people are taxed.So resistance decreases to tax resistance.But Proportional tax is not achieved the efficient distribution of wealth.progressive tax are relatively severe resistance from the people in tax collect compared to the Proportional tax.Because, than is to progressively apply the tax in accordance with the level of income.The method is a very efficient way to redistribute wealth, but a strong resistance of the people is predicted.I think that The Republic of Korea government properly operate the two methods.Second,The Republic of Korea government will give the welfare benefits to the poor.there is such as free meals and scholarships and basic entitlements as an example of welfare policy.The welfare policy is to ensure a minimum of human life from the poor to the rich. And constitute a redistribution of wealth.
