Currently the Republic of Korea, there are many social security system.This time I will try to post in relation to it.First I tried to explain to the Social Insurance.Social insurance is a socio-economic system created by introducing the principles and methods of state social insurance in order to carry out an insurance policy for social policy.As an example of the Social Insurance National Health Insurance, National Pension, Employment Insurance etc.The disease state targeted the people, death, old age, unemployment, or other physical disabilities such as due to a decrease in the loss occurs when the activity level and income by insurance schemes can be considered institutions that guarantee it.The social security system ensures a stable life for citizens.In addition, through the basic living demand and supply support and scholarship system, it makes us realize the fundamental rights guaranteed in the nation.The implementation of social security and help to better our lives happier and more satisfied with the life I'm living now under the current system system.I think I need four kinds of the challenges ahead for Korea welfare thinking.I think that first need to expand the range of welfare recipients.Presence of not receiving benefits to a wide range of second-level hierarchy that still shows well that this nation well-being considerably insufficient.The second is the increase equity between social insurance.Whereas the income of salaried easily revealed, income of the self-employed, it is difficult to pinpoint.In an effort to minimize the distortion of income redistribution through the tax administration it should be made transparent.The third is the restoration of the social insurance budget.Many people struggling to finance the pension deficit and ensure the soundness and transparency effort is needed to overcome the distrust of the people on welfare policies.Finally, in order to minimize the side effects of the welfare system, it is necessary to efforts to nurture a self-supporting will and ability of the beneficiaries of welfare.These problems, if we resolve the future, Republic of Korea, to build an ideal society.
