Who is more wise individual and group? Modern society is information society and anyone can find information by Internet. In this society, the mening of specialist is undifinited. So the meaning of specialist in modern society is solving the complex social problem by correct way. Group make inaccurate answer because group have many each individual. Each individual make a lot of opinion. So it is dangerous that depend on group blindly. And if a group get old and exclusive, the group make many error. As a result individual feel unjust. Finally, individual reform the group.
But sometimes, individual's intelligence abillity can't surpass the group' abillity. For example, in the insect's society like bee or ant. That insects can't demonstrate their abillity alone. However they interact each other by a kind of behavioral cue. It is same as to human beings. Individual interact with other people in the group. And the result of interaction surpass individual's abillity.
As a result, in the modern society, proper using individual's and group's abillity is the key to develop the society.
