South Korea currently, phenomenon that going to the city left the rural areas is serious.I can sympathize with such a big phenomenon now living in the province, not the city.I also leave the province through the educational problems were moved to the city.I think that leaving the rural areas to the cities is why the educational problem.Severe income gap between urban and rural education and rural population moves to the cities to find opportunities for employment and education.Rural and urban are closely correlated is dependent relationships.For example, rural allows the city offers such as food and labor, relaxation area, pleasant environment.On the other hand, the city provide us with industrial products and cultural products in rural.Therefore, urban and rural development, which is considered necessary balance.Because regional differences are deepening of the metropolitan concentration.The quality of life deteriorates and other environmental pollution due to urbanization.There are three community development challenge in our country.First, it is necessary balanced regional development.In order to balance the regional development we should raise the Province.And it should suppress the population concentrated in the metropolitan area.The second is to preserve the environment.And finally, it requires the active participation of local residents.If these challenges are resolved well I think that this conflict be resolved for the province and the city.
