Intro

 Recently, noise complaint issues have become a problem. Because of communication breakdown with neighbors, they do not give an interest in each other. In addition, there is no guilt of noise damage. In fact Korea, because of stairs noise, there was in the worst case such as committing murder or arson. This is a example of the extreme personal-selfishness. In order to overcome these extreme selfishness, we must have a mind to understand each other. Also, we must have much interest in the neighbors.

 At first, I think that in order to overcome the personal selfishness, we must have established the institutional the system. For example, the legal basis of the stairs noise is determined.
However, it is impossible to overcome extreme personal-selfishness with legal dimension. In addition, negatively even to deepen the selfishness. 
 Thus, more important than the legal system, it is one that the recognition of individuals to change. For example, we carefully ask them 'quiet' about noise. Or we must understand the situation of each other(Example where there are childern in the house). Also, if we meet neighbors, we need to greet politely and so on... Therefore, respect and consideration to the neighbor is the most important element to overcome the personal-selfishness. Now and then, why not to try interested in the neighbor?

 

Impact of extreme personal-selfishness on our society(connected to our course) 

 Extreme personal-selfishness affect a great deal of influence on our society. Recently because of excessive industrialization, Korea, which was called "In the East the country of courteous people." has become selfish. In the past Korean society has had the virtue to share, but today it is difficult to see such a figure. In Korea, rapid social change gave birth to these absurd results. For example, in actual, because of stairs noise, there was in the worst case such as committing murder or arson.
 Personal selfishness as well, selfishness appears in pan-national dimension. Trade between the countries calculates a lot of profits and losses in order to obtain the benefit of each other earlier. Even when they help a country that does a rescue request for disaster, each nation first calculates a lot of profits and losses. Loss be more large, it is not easy to help. In the competition world of the 21st century, calculation of profit and loss looks like ordinary, but excessive selfishness leads to negative consequences. For example, brutal war such as the Second World War occurs and terrible terrorism such as 9.11(U.S) terror occurs.
