What is terrorism and why terrorism must not be occured in functional and conflict theory eyes.

What is terrorism? Terrorism is behavior that strike people with terror and threat people. The reason that terrorism must not occur is terror require innocent victims. Whether one person or one hundred people, innocent victim must not occur. Also if terror not harm damage physically, terror can harm people indirectly.

For example, mental anguish, many time and effort that prevent terrorism can harm society and people.

Then Let’s watch reason that how Functional theory and Conflict theory think terrorism.

First Functional theory look Society is organism. So every people should do behavior that help society. But terrorist disrupt the right function of society.

If terrorism affect just one society, around society will has fear and people harmed indirectly. As a result terrorism occur ‘chain-reaction’. So they argue terrorism should not be occurred.

Second Conflict theory think terrorism is behavior that mentally uneasy people action that caused by tyranny of vested rights. Also terrorism can cause between vested rights class. So we can see as if terrorism harm every people short term, but vested rights class use terrorism their benefit. So they argue terrorism should not be occurred.
