conflic theory focus on conflicts between different parts of the society. Conflict theory has been popularized by Karl Marx. According to Max, social behavior is best explained as the process of conflict - the attempt to dominate others and to avoid being dominated. This happens because there is a competition for resources, which are unequally distributed. Inequalities produce tensions, generate conflict and change. A war is the mass mobilization of the populations of two or more societies to fight against each other.
A revolution is a mass aprising of people who use violence to overthrow the existing government and install a new government. (Happened currently Europe, Asia, Africa...) Revolutions occur when there is high inequality and low social mobility. Revolutions often promise that 'the people' will rule and the government will be less repressive and closer to ordinary citizens.
A civil war is the mass mobilization of two or more segments of the population of a single society to fight against each other.
Terrorism is the use of violence by members of the population of one society against members of the population of the same or a different society. Terrorism is not a problem limited to the middle East or the USA. Most terrorism is domestic, not international (Although international incidents like 9/11 attract widespread attention.)

Why is terrorism seem as such a danger, If so few people have been affected by it?
Terrorism is very danger. Because many people die at short time. When the terrorism happens, the TV or News show the many people. people are shocked and attact mental shock. So Terrorism is so dangerious. The goverment is sensitive in the terrorism.
