social movement is a broad collection of individuals and organizations working together to effect change. Social movement is difficult to define because social movements include organizations, individuals, and in some ways entire populations. people involved in a social movement may or may not be members of an organization. people involved in a social movement generally share a similar set of values.

In Korea, the democratization of the country was a result of a number of Korean social movements working together.

My thinking

I think that the social movement is made by personal actions. I mean that when people do something, the social movement is making something.

  1. I agree your opinion that social movement is a broad collection of individuals and organizations working together to effect change. People protest because they want to make change so that they can get what they want.
