Topic1. What other gendered cultural symbols can we think of?

One of the female symbols are high heel. Women dften wear the high heel but men doesn't wear the high heel. Another symbol is a short skirt. Some of men also wear long skirt to show individuality, but they even dosen't wear short skirt. So high heel and short skirt became symbol of female.

Male have some symbols, too. First, the razor. Women also use the razor, but all of men use the razor to shave their mustache and beard. So razor is thought symbol of male.
Second, Adam's apple.  All of men experience  voice broke. And they most have a low voice. In addition, they have jutting Adam's apple. As a result, Adam's apple is symbol of men, too.

Topic2. Why fewer women enroll in college/university in Korea than men?

It is because past Korea's social tendency. In the past Korea was a patriarchal society. So Korean prefered boy than girl. The number of boys was higher than the number of girls. Todays, the child grew and they enroll in college or university. As a result, fewer women enroll in college/university than men.
