1. summary

 This topic is socialization. Socialization is preparing to work in social life. Culture is relative then socialization is continued.
-The goal of socialization
 The first goal is to control the impulse to develop a conscience. The second goal is to prepare for the role. (Eg, parents, occupation, gender, etc.). The third goal is to learn the value of what is important in life.
- Primary vs secondary socialization
The primary socialization generates when the child. Children will have to adapt to the society and to live. The secondary socialization generates throughout life. As people are living to adapt to the new environment. (Differences between the two in the content, context and reponse)
- Broad vs narrow socialization
Broadcaster promotes individual socialization, independence, and self-expression. Conversely, a narrow socialization pursue obedience and conformity.
-total institutions
Examples of total institutions are like prisons, military. The goal is to relax and break the old life, and to re-socialize the life of a new individual.

2. Interesting things

 It is difficult to distinction of the instincts learned though socialization. I think the instinct to falls sometimes can be a result of socialization.

Feral children lack the basic social skills(For example, parents are the first to eat the food, etc.), but is there a feral child to adapt to the society through the re-socialization?
