Topic 1

Is modern democracy really "The will of the people?"

 Modern democracy is "the will of the people.". Because democracy is government of the people, by the people, for the people. In other words, people is the owner of country. Even, people elect our president by voting. Although, this process was criticized by the wrong way. So, people actively complain about this processing. Though social media development, social media users spread many social and political problem. We know this hot topic and are concerned problems. Consequentially, we live in a democratic society so, we feel the need to participate our political activities that we can active. Therefore, i think that modern democracy is "the will of the people.".

Would you like to have more say in the political decision making?

 I want to tell about relative evaluation and absolute evaluation. I think that all school evaluate students with an absolute evaluation. We always compete with our school friend and colleague at work. I'm unhappy with this phenomenon. We want to learn relationship and knowledge through school not gain a grade that competitive output. In the high school, Students always compete with their classmates to gain grade and to go good university. To study hard change to go to college not acquire knowledge. Now, the Hanyang university where i'm in college students complain the relative evaluation. I don't study to compete with collegue through a college course. I want to achieve my dreams through attending the University. I don't want to receive evaluation that results of my efforts. Therefore, 'what i say in the political decision making' is relative evaluation and absolute evaluation.

How would you like the government of the future to look and work?

 We always want to tell our opinion for our life and society. Also, we want to participate in creating law because whether this law can be accepted to the citizens. The citizens think that a minority people who have a political power have not to make a decision by themselves. Then, a civil's participation should be used positive situation and Government leads a civil's opinion positively not just indirectly persuade people. So, I think that they should actively communicate with us, Just government have not to listen our opinion.
