Topic 1. Can we think of
other ways the society tells us how different things are expected from boys and
girls?
Society evaluating ways and requiring things are
different to boys and girls.
For
example, Society require brave and upright man. Boy should make money for
family. By contrast. Society require neat, soft and feminine girls. Infant care
and household affair are naturally accepted as girls’ share. And society
evaluating way is different to boys and girls. For example ability is more
important than appearance to boys. But appearance is more important than
ability to girls.Topic 2. Color pink is associated with girls, why?
I think this question has many meanings. ‘Why we take
anything for granted?’ The reason why the color pink is associated with girls
is social structure that take the old generation thinking for granted. Babies
are born as blank paper. They don’t know virile color and feminine color. When
they grow, they are influenced by the people who decide pink is feminine. And they
take pink feminine color for granted. If somebody decide blue is feminine
color, we think blue is feminine color. We take the old generation thinking for
granted. Maybe the question that the reason why color pink is associated with
girls ultimate question is’ Why we take anything for granted?’ We unconsciously
accept something like inequality, right and responsibility. We must live our society with idea that WE
MUST NOT TAKE ANYTHING FOR GRANTED!
Negative idea about overemphaszing socialization
I have negative thinking about socialization.
Socialization is need for social bonds that bring people together in a given
society and integration that combine groups into a larger entity. But overemphaszing socialization can lead desperate thing. We may find our meaning of existence only in
society and be slave of society. The most important thing is establishing ego
identity by ourselves. But overemphasize socialization can lead reversing
importance. The order should be this way. First, find ego identity by oneself and
then we should be socialization.
