Gender Stratification - Kim Jinwoo(김진우)

We learned about 'Gender Stratification'. Historically this problems is big problems.
Man controled and administrated woman in the stone age. This reason is man is strong more than woman. However, power in body isn't now important. That is why woman state is improved.
Now woman is equal man.  But gende problems are yet resolved perfectly. Let's look at some gender problems.

1.What other gendered cultral symbols can we think of.
There are many gendered symbols. Firstly, let's look man's symbol. Strong is typically man's symbols. Strong man is goal among man.And man do exercise because of bening strong man.
Also, weak man don't be loved man and woman. Woman like strong man. Another example is leader. People think leader is man in unconsciousness. Also many leader is man . There are woman leaders. But they is little. That is why leader image is man.

 What is her's symbols? Firstly, tear is her's symbol. Maybe think of situation that man is crying. People think odd and ignore him. But situation is woman is crying. People think nomal and console her. That is asociatied man's power. She is weaker than man. So man have protected woman. That is why man's situation is odd and woman's situation is nomal.




As shown above, woman and man isn't yet same.  Both have prejudice. We alos will try to solve gender problems in the future.
