Topic 1 : What is more important our genes or our environment?

For comparison, environment is more important than gene. But frankly speaking I think 'Which one is more important?' question sounds strange. Because relationship between the two can't explain separately. Except for Extremely gifted element(face), most genetic factors are affected by environmental factors. Also the opposite instance too.

For example, I think primarily smart person is extremely rare. (like me :D) Because environmental factors in childhood are important factors affecting smart person. Although the others think that his intelligence is gifted the reason why they don't know his environmental factors. the gifted factors affected by environmental factors again affects environmental factors. success with good head makes a better environmental factors. I think these relationships and interactions are constantly repeated.

Topic 2: Can you think of examples of  charismatic, traditional and rational-legal leaders of governments in the history of Asia?

YoonBongGill's charismatic leadership even give impression to chinese.

 

He was born in Chungnam Yaesan in 1908 and dedicate his life for the Korea colonized by japan. April 29th, in 1932 He threw lunchbox bomb toward the leader of the Japanese troops at Shanghai to celebrate occupation. Sadly he was dead by japanese soldiers. But his effect is very big. His charisma leadership and courage for pained koreans touch chinese. They addressed YoonBongGill achievement as even chinese army of 1 million chinese didn't make. Also he gave conversion of awareness to chinese and make chinese koreans' special team for army executive member. I respect his charisma leadership and patriotism despite the sacrifice.

I think charisma leadership is not only displayed when powerful authority is prepared but the real courage that the public can't easily take the lead is prepared. YoonBongGill's leadership is the later charisma leadership.
