Topic 1. What functions religion may have?

First, What is religion?

religion is path that links people and god.

so people feel happiness and comfortable through the religion.

I think that religion have five funchtions.

first, religion has meaning function.

 

second, religion has Psychotherapy function.

 

third, religion has Social integration function.

fourth, religion has Ethical and moral function.

fifth, religion has function of consistent philosophy of life.

Through this five function, people get hope and motivation that give a power to survive and go forward.

 

Topic2. Can you think of other example in how religion can be used to control people?

religion contorls people through many way, like forbid food, alchol, and impose money.

first, Christian believers worship at the church every weekend without have a rest about Fatigue during weekdays.

And they always produce 10% of the income offerings.

Revenue is a little, but they always put that donation. 

second, Hindu believers can never eat beef.

Hinduism considers a prized cow.

so Hinduism prohibits eating cow.

 

 

The important thing is that believers follow these regulatory and actions, as a natural.

Through this paper, We can know religion has a big impact that control people many way.
