 Statement to open the start !!

I listened 'Invitation to Sociology' lecture for second time. At the first lecure, if you learned the introduction and overview of the Sociology, At second lecture, dealing with a litte more advanced content. While eagerly listening to the lesson, I was the most impressive of view historical figures who of sociology in the class. In particular, I have stated my opinion about what some of the most impressive historical figures thought and reviewed my opinion about the topic that we discussed in class.

My thoughts on the views of  prominent sociologists.

German scholars(1818~1883)

 

At first, His name is Karl Marx. He is well known in the communist manifesto. Many of his famous opinion has played an important role in the establishment of the social sciences. The most impressive part in Marx's view is a "who has power in the society? Question. Time in high school society, I learned that it is the person who emphasized the theory that has divided only worked under the equitable distribution and equal rank of Marx labor. If you look from Marx's point of view, he seems to argue that citizen who has the most power in society. Because Marx is had stressed the importance of citizens working enough to share each other distribution. But, I'm different from the Marx of opinion. Under all the same class Marx's opinion, There is an advantage that can realize the idealism without discrimination. But, since the joint distribution and co-production goals, someone worked hard, anyone to the work of one street, and finally to decline economically. As a typical example, the 1900s communist country is it.

French sociologist(1858 ~ 1917)

At second, His name is Emile Durkheim. Durkheim is a person with an emphasis on social integration.The most impressive part of the opinion of the Durkheim is that social scientists must abide by the
neutral, should avoid taking sides. To provide an opinion to pursue respectively, I think opportunity to be followed their beliefs. However, too much and fell into intolerance idea, it is possible to ignore the opinions of others. Therefore, I think the most important thing that modern people protect the appropriate neutral.

Review of my opinion on the topic that has been discussed in the lecture.

 

Topic 1 : What is more important our genes or our environment?

gene vs environment

First reason, I think environmental factors and more important. Humans undergo genetic influences. However, genetic influence seems not so large. For example, it receives a lot of environmental influences than genetic effects of the parent body size is small, children are larger than the parent physique.

Second reason, Genetic effects, there is no accurate. Genetic factors, it is because do not know inherited the exactly what gene. Environmental factors are relatively accurate. Because it affected by the economic situation, friends, social atmosphere. 





Republic of Korea politicians(1876~ 1949)

Topic2 :  Can you think of examples of charismatic, traditional and rational-legal leaders of governments in the history of Asia?

I think the most charismatic and traditional leader of Korea is KimGu(His real name is Kim Chang Soo.) He is an educator, independent activists and politicians. When Japan colonial period, it emerged at the beginning in order to establish the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea in Shanghai, the Korean patriotic mission was to start the anti-Japanese armed activities by organizing. South Korea youth who was impressed by his patriotism participated many in the independence movement of Kim Gu. Kim Gu receives highly valued that it was closed known to the world independence movement of Korea, poured a force on the independence movement to life for ethnic integration. There is a most impressive words of Kim Gu,

"My first wish is a Korean independence, second wish is also independent of South Korea, last wish is also independence." It is because it is our word that is compelling desire of strong will and independence that they do not compromise with the enemy was filling in for the independent nation. In conclusion, the charismatic leadership of Kim Gu gives the greatest help to South Korea to be independent, Kim Gu is a person first place that I respect.

After a review

Class of sociology was able to break the prejudice that it is difficult, it was an opportunity that you can share with each other my opinion of the opinion learned scholars in class. In addition, content to compare the social studies and other subjects was also interesting.
