What is sociology?(2) - Kim ji young(김지영)

I learned comparison between sociology and other studies and discussed two questions. Comparing economics, political science, anthropology, psychology, history and so on, I learnd differences that didn't know. Also we saw A variety of Sociologists of claims. To study Marx, Spencer, Durkheim, Weber claims, I knew about the different social science approach.

 

First topic: What is more important our genes or our enviroment?

 

I think more important enviroment than genes. Of course, acquisition can be faster if you have a superior gene. But the support of the environment is more important than genes. If you do not try to hold only believed in his talent, people can not succeed. So the environment is important.

For example, Soccer player Park Ji-sung did not have good genes. He had small body compared to other players. But He did not give up. In support of the family, He was a bloody effort. So he became the country's national team and led the country's national soccer Korea. Also he belongs to the world famous Manchester United. He led the successful without succumbing to gene.

 

Another example, Mozart had a talent. But his talent is not only achieved success. Mozart had studied music three hours away from three years old. Already six years old when he became, He studied the music of 3500 hours. Even if he does not have talent, He could be a great musician.

Even a genius can not be successful if the environment is not supported.
